Job Description
Vitalounge is transforming the nursing experience—bridging the gap between high-level clinical care and preventative, client-centered wellness. We specialize in functional medicine, with a focus on root-cause healing, optimization, and long-term transformation for our clients.
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a hands-on role in this mission—combining your clinical skills with meaningful client relationships, wellness education, and IV therapy delivery.
This role is ideal for early-career nurses (1–5 years) who are sharp, intuitive, and ready to grow. You’ll join a team that values curiosity, presence, and professionalism—while supporting you in building a fulfilling career in the world of functional and preventative health.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct focused wellness consultations—identifying goals, reviewing health histories, and crafting personalized Wellbeing Action Plans
- Deliver IV therapy and injections with precision and ease
- Educate clients on functional medicine offerings, including GLP-1s, peptides, metabolic testing, and more
- Collaborate closely with providers to support high-level wellness protocols
- Act as both clinician and guide—helping clients feel informed, empowered, and supported every step of the way

What Sets You Apart
- Florida RN license (Required)
- 1–5 years of clinical experience and a desire to grow in a modern wellness setting
- Strong communicator with a calm, confident presence
- Excited about functional medicine, root-cause care, and long-term client transformation
- Comfortable with IV therapy or eager to master it (full training provided)
Schedule
- 4-day workweek
- Includes weekends (rotating)
