Appointment requests submitted through our website are not confirmed until our team confirms them with you. Services, availability, and pricing are subject to change.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
Program description: Vitalounge offers a text messaging program to clients who opt in. Messages may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, membership reminders, and promotional offers.
How you opt in: Clients opt in on in-clinic tablets by checking one or both optional SMS consent boxes in our AestheticsPro patient portal. The consent boxes are never pre-selected and may be selected independently. View our SMS Opt-In Form (PDF)
Consent: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Vitalounge at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opting out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again at your next visit.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
