Is this only for menopause?

No. Women come to us in their 30s, through perimenopause, and well past menopause — any stage, any time something feels off.

Do I need to be in perimenopause to start?

Not at all. You don’t need a condition or a certain age. If something feels off, that’s reason enough to start with a consultation.

What about bioidentical hormones?

It’s one option a provider may consider when it’s clinically right for you. They’ll walk you through what that would mean for your situation.

Will I definitely be put on hormone therapy?

No. It’s only one possible path, and many women do well without it. Whether it fits is always decided with you.

How does this work with my OB-GYN or primary care?
