Member Care Representative

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Member Care Representative to provide assistance and guidance to our patients. This role will primarily assist patients through the phone, coordinate appointments, answer questions, and engage in inside sales activities. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to help our patients achieve their wellness goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions)

  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments and answering any questions they may have.
  • Engage in inside sales activities to promote our wellness programs and services.
  • Provide guidance and support to help patients achieve their wellness goals.
  • Monitor patient progress and provide feedback and encouragement as needed.
  • Outbound call activity.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  • Other duties as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of health and wellness principles and practices.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must be able to perform work in an open atmosphere.
  • Sitting for long periods of time

This is not a remote position – in office only
