Outbound Call Center Sales Specialist

Vitalounge is looking for a Member Care Support Team Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential members. Our model is designed to provide an individualized, patient-centered, science-based approach, that empowers patients and practitioners to work together to address the underlying causes of diseases and promote optimal wellness. This progressive practice focuses on IV nutrient therapy and hydration. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our patients by helping them achieve their unique health and wellness goals. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving member inquiries or concerns; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “call guides” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra effort to provide an exceptional experience
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding employer expectations
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
