Keep your resolutions with a few tips and tricks

Are your goals realistic?

We all like a challenge but assuring that your goals are attainable is key. Going hard at your resolutions is excellent, but if you have a diffucil time keeping up with them, take a step back and make sure they are not unrealistic. If you are having trouble getting in a home workout seven days a week, for example, try getting in five days a week instead. Starting small and working your way up is one of the best ways to keep at your resolution.

If you find yourself relapsing into a bad habit, don’t view this as a failure, this the number one reason people give up. View your misstep as a learning opportunity. What was your environment like when it happened? What can you do differently in the future to prepare? Keeping a journal of your setbacks and progress will help you keep your resolutions.
