I've been going regularly to Vitalounge in Dr. Phillips for over a year and it's helped me a lot. Wow is this place awesome. Everyone makes you feel right at home. I thought this would be an uncomfortable experience but it was not at all uncomfortable. The best part is the difference I felt within hours of IV therapy. I have autoimmune issues and I thought I would try it before I went to the ER with this flare up I’m having. The difference I feel in less than 24 hours is absolutely amazing. Inflammation and pain went from a 5 to a 1 out of 10. I feel so great now my husband wants to do it. I would give more stars if I could! I had food poisoning and fell so weak the next day. I don't live in Orlando and had never been here before. They were still able to get me in quickly. The ladies took such great care of me and gave me the right mix to get me hydrated and back on my feet. The medication in the Hangover mix worked wonders and all my aches went away.

If you're dealing with health problems and your providers haven't been able to give you an answer- I cannot recommend Vitahealth enough! Danielle genuinely cares so much and will invest so much time and energy into getting you better. I've never had a provider care about my well being in the way that she has. I've also seen massive improvements in my health since I've started with her.UPDATE- I've finished the 6 months with Danielle. I found the follow up appointments and pricing very confusing overall but I think it's because they're so new they're just figuring it out. I was placed initially on thyroid medication that really helped and was decently priced- but then the pricing doubled and there was no way I could pay over a hundred dollars monthly for it indefinitely. Which was unfortunate because I was really excited to have medication that finally worked. I still think Danielle is fantastic and really cares about her patients, but this is not something that everyone will be able to afford.

As a woman in her late 40s I was concerned about my hormone levels dropping I went to Vitahealth and Danielle was awesome! It was so easy to get started and find out where all of my hormone levels were. Then Danielle prescribed me a regime of both prescription medication and supplements to get me balanced correctly. It’s been about six months and I feel like a whole new person. And I think I’ve lost a few pounds! My hair is thicker which is awesome. After the results were received, Danielle fully explained each of the results with me then developed a treatment plan to help with my specific health concerns. I have been a customer here for years. I have gotten IVs and even participated in their vitahealth program before they closed it. I signed up for the membership probably about a year ago and one of the reasons I did was because I was told if I had an extra one on my account I could bring a friend. Nobody told me about any transfer fees until today. Sent an email out a few weeks ago about upgrades to the membership. One of them being a monthly total body composition scan which I was told is not monthly but quarterly contrary to the email. On my previous visit, I wanted to take one of my extra bags and use it towards enhancements which I had always been told I could do. And I was told that is not allowed even though in the email it states that it is. I love the concept, but the inconsistencies in policies is definitely making me consider a change

Was a member of the IV and weight loss metabolism, they failed to get me replacement weight loss meds for two weeks, when they must be taken weekly. Discovered that after going to to PCP, that my insurances covered weight loss meds if my BMI was above 30. Now I only pay $90 for an 84 day supply of Wegovy. Ignore the hype of vita lounge and talk to your doctor first. After they failed to give me the weight loss meds in time, they started refusing IV services I was paying for. This place is a ripoff. Both me and my wife, and family started cancelling their services, what a waste!

I had a disagreement with them on a separate unrelated issue, which caused them to keep charging me while refusing service I paid for. Save your money and sanity, go somewhere else... P.S. Today, was my third visit to complete the package I purchased. This was the first time coming to the Turkey Lake location. I have never had an issue with medical professionals who have done my blood draws and/or IV's. However, today, both of my arms were pierced by a young lady to no avail. She wanted to try a third time and I walked out. As I drove home, my vein began to bulge and my fingers were tingling. I immediately called a doctor who said the draw was done incorrectly. I needed to ice and apply compression. WALK, DON'T RUN FROM THIS PLACE...then, just maybe, someone will consider hiring experienced people!

Don't buy a package to get a discount no matter what they say. If anything goes awry during an IV, the customer is blamed for having "small veins" or "being dehydrated" instead of reality in which the employee uses the wrong equipment/product, is inexperienced with clients that have physical conditions (which is why IVs are sought in the first place), is distracted by other customers, etc., and doesn't listen to what they are told. I saw an employee give another client with high blood pressure an IV which is contraindicated just to get that sale! I already spoke up about my experience and gave the place a second chance. I've had IV treatment at other places and never had these problems. I don't want to return. Management refused to refund $ for unused services and would only give credit for services I did not want & thus did not purchase or suggested I inconvenience myself and go to another site. Wrong on so many levels.
